◆ The Attention Matter of
Multipurpose Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump
⒈ Make sure that the diameter of biggest grain
contained in liquid not exceed the safe diameter
standard of diaphragm pump.⒉ Inlet pressure not
over the maximum working pressure, otherwise, the
compressed air which exceeds rated pressure may
lead personal injury and property loss or
performance damage. ⒊ Assure that pipe system can
endure the max. output pressure, and the clean of
drive system as well as normal working condition.
⒋ The electrostatic spark may induce explosion so
use big enough sectional area wire according you
need, and the earth bolt should be safely earthed.
⒌ The earth request should fit in with local rule
of law and some special regulation on the spot.
⒍ Fastening each joint between pump and connecting
pipe to prevent the generation of electrostatic
spark. ⒎ Periodically examining and testing the
security of earth system, requesting the earthing
resistance is less than 100 ohm. ⒏ Keeping
excellent exhaust and ventilation, keeping away
from inflammable and heat source. ⒐ The outlet
shouldn’t aim at working area or person because it
may contain solid. ⒑ When diaphragm is failure,
the conveying material can be ejected from exhaust
muffler. ⒒ The outlet should be arranged in safe
areas away from working place when conveying
flammable and poisonous liquid. ⒓ At least
selecting the pipe of 3/8" inner diameter with
smooth inner layer to connect linked output and
muffler. ⒔ The high pressure of liquid may cause
serious personal injury and property loss, don’t
do any maintenance to pump and pipe system when
the pump is pressurizing. If need maintain it,
cutting off the inlet of the pump at first, making
pressure relief by opening pressure relief device,
slowly loosening the each connected pipe joint. ⒕
Don’t directly send the pump which conv eys
poisonous liquid to the factory to maintain,
correctly handling it according to local rule of
law and using the components produced by YONG or HUAN company to insure its working life. ⒖ Not
using the pump with partial aluminium alloy
material to convey Fe3+ liquid, halohydrocarbon
and others solvent, otherwise, it may generate
corrosion to induce burst. ⒗ Make sure that all
components which contact conveying liquid do not
be corrupted and damaged by liquid. ⒘ Guarantee
that all operating personnel proficiently master
the operation and safe attention matter, if
needed, equipping necessary protection device. ⒙
Correctly operating pump, not permitting long-time
dry running.
