⒈ When disassembling and reassembling the pump,
keeping the appearance cleanness of the inner-running
components to against dust. ⒉ Emptying the liquid
in the pipe before taking down the pump, while inverting
the pump and emptying the liquid before disassembling
the pump. ⒊ If the conveying liquid is discharged
form the outlet muffler, checking if the diaphragm
is damaged or the fastening bolt is loosened or
not.

1、Make sure
white nylon ring of air valve closely connects
with air cylinder. Under the normal condition,
the connection is 0.4mm. 2、Make sure if type
V sealing ring is damage or not. The gap of
type V sealing ring should be outward when
installation |
Note:
1、Please keep clean of the component appearance
before the installation, adding lubricant,
keeping the balance between the box top and
the plane of inlet and outlet pipe. Non-straightness
is 0.05mm. The adopted method is that install
the box top at first, then installs the inlet
and outlet material pipe to adjust, keeping
balance, locking the fastening screw. 2、Please
install oil-water separator or regularly inset
into oil spray from inlet pipe to cylinder,
the amount don’t exceed a drop per minute. |
